Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, provided there are no legal retention obligations opposing the deletion and no other information is provided regarding individual processing methods below.
Cookie Manager
To obtain consent for the use of non-essential cookies on the website, the provider employs a cookie manager.
When the website is accessed, a cookie with the settings information is stored on the user’s device, so that the inquiry about consent does not need to occur on a subsequent visit.
This cookie is necessary to obtain legally compliant consent from the user.
The user can prevent or end the installation of cookies by adjusting the settings of their browser.
Cookies
- a) Session Cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that your internet browser stores on your device. These cookies process certain information about you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure, for example, by enabling the display of our website in different languages or the use of a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided these cookies are processed for the initiation or execution of a contract.
If the processing does not serve to initiate or execute a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is then Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
These session cookies are deleted when you close your internet browser.
- b) Third-Party Cookies
If necessary, cookies from partner companies with whom we collaborate for the purpose of advertising, analysis, or the functionalities of our website may also be used with our website.
Details about this, especially regarding the purposes and legal bases for processing such third-party cookies, can be found in the following sections.
- c) Cookie Management
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings or restrict them. You can also delete already stored cookies at any time. The steps and measures required for this depend on your specific internet browser. If you have any questions, please consult the help function or documentation of your internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support. In the case of so-called Flash cookies, however, processing cannot be prevented through the browser settings. Instead, you must change the settings of your Flash player. The steps and measures required for this also depend on your specific Flash player. If you have any questions, please consult the help function or documentation of your Flash player or contact the manufacturer or user support.
If you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, it may lead to the fact that not all functions of our website are fully usable.
Contact Inquiries / Contact Option
If you contact us via a contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The provision of the data is necessary for processing and responding to your inquiry – without providing it, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry, or only to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted if your inquiry has been finally answered and there are no legal retention obligations opposing the deletion, such as in the case of a possible subsequent contract execution.

If you sign up for our free newsletter, the data requested from you for this purpose, i.e., your email address and – optionally – your name and address, will be transmitted to us. At the same time, we store the IP address of the internet connection from which you access our website, as well as the date and time of your registration. During the further registration process, we will obtain your consent to send the newsletter, describe the content specifically, and refer to this privacy policy. The data collected will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. Your data will be also processed by MailPoet – a WordPress Plug in used to provide the newsletter. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/? utm_medium=automattic_referred&utm_source=mpcom_footer

General Linking to Profiles on Third-Party Providers
The provider uses a link to the following social networks on the website.
The legal basis here is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest of the provider lies in improving the usability of the website.
The integration of the plugins takes place through a linked graphic. Only after clicking on the corresponding graphic will the user be forwarded to the service of the respective social network.
After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is recorded by the respective network. This information includes, for example, IP address, date, time, and page visited. If the user is logged into their user account of the respective network at that time, the network operator may associate the information collected about the specific visit of the user with the user’s personal account. If the user interacts via a „Share“ button of the respective network, this information may be stored in the user’s personal account and possibly published. If the user wants to prevent this information from being associated directly with their user account, they must log out before clicking on the graphic. Additionally, there is the possibility of configuring the user account accordingly.

“Facebook” Social Plugin
In our website, we use the plugin of the social network Facebook. Facebook is an internet service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
In the event that you have given your consent for this processing, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis may also be Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website.
Further information about the possible plugins and their respective functions can be found on Facebook at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
If the plugin is stored on one of the pages of our website you visit, your internet browser downloads a display of the plugin from the servers of Facebook in the USA. For technical reasons, Facebook needs to process your IP address. In addition, the date and time of your visit to our website are recorded.
If you are logged into Facebook while visiting one of our web pages with the plugin, the information collected by the plugin from your specific visit will be recognized by Facebook. Facebook may assign the information collected to your Facebook account. For example, if you use the Facebook „Like“ button, this information will be stored in your Facebook user account and possibly published via the Facebook platform. If you want to prevent this, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website or use an add-on for your internet browser to prevent the Facebook plugin from loading.
